Acknowledgement of Risk

Please read carefully before signing.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: collision with other cyclists, pedestrians, vehicles or fixed objects; injury caused by road surface conditions, weather or equipment failure; and exposure to traffic on public roads.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in cycling activities organised by Cycology Cycling Club, and I take full personal responsibility for my health, safety and equipment.

I agree to abide by the club's Safety Rules and Code of Conduct at all times, including the strict "No Helmet, No Ride" policy.

I release Cycology Cycling Club, its trustees, executives, sponsors, partners, ride captains and fellow members from all liability for any loss, injury, death or property damage arising from my participation in club rides, events and activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
